For everyone in the US here, there is currently a FDA petition to create a federal registry of all trans women taking HRT. The FDA is currently taking public comments supporting and opposing the petition. Here’s a link on how to make your voice heard: https://transresilience.org/issues/fda-registry.

You can comment anonymously if you feel unsafe putting your name out there.

I’ve read some of the comments and most of them so far seem to be from transphobic ppl.

I was just able to submit a comment. To others reading: please still try to access the website and try to submit a comment - the comments were open for me.

    EDIT:

    https://transresilience.org/issues/fda-registry/comment

in the “what not to do” section, they explicitly say to not assume the comments are closed:

The docket page shows “closed” but the form is active. Under § 10.30(d), the record stays open until the Commissioner issues a decision.

The regulations.gov docket page shows the comment period as “closed.” But the comment form on the petition document itself is still active. Under 21 C.F.R. § 10.30(d), the record stays open until a decision is issued. Do not be discouraged by the “closed” status.
