And then what? He just gets sent back to whatever country after having gone through a widely published court case where he admitted to be gay?

    That’s fucking vile

However, submitting a photograph of yourself looking at gay porn is fucking hilarious

The problem with having to prove you’re gay is that most gay people don’t live their lives collecting documentary evidence of their gayness. So you unless you have contact details for a whole load of same-sex partners willing to testify that you banged, you have to contrive evidence. And then the fact that the evidence looks contrived counts against you. You can’t win, and the law is an ass.

Oh absolutely 100% I agree. I understand why they did it. Its just a really funny thing.

Especially if you are fleeing a homophobic regime. You’ve probably done everything possible to avoid leaving evidence.

And that still wasn’t gay enough

They should have got a photo of the moment he started blasting rope to Waluigi r34, that would have cinched it

Well, he just has to have active sexual intercourse in front of the judge with multiple witnesses. What’s the problem, I mean if that’s his lifestyle he should just prove it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

(/s - seriously, how more obviously homophobic can the judge be)

    The whole thing is rediculous.

Also it’s now 6 years later and he’s still in limbo awaiting the result of an appeal.

So they’re going to send him back to be killed.

It doesn’t matter if he’s gay or not. The bigots do not care. He said the bad words so he must die now.

Fucking bureaucrats think they’re being clever but really they’re just executing a human rights travesty.

This is conservatism. It cannot stop on its own. It can only be stopped by force.

Reading it again, where the judge calls it a lifestyle, I wonder if this is actually the desired outcome on the judge’s part.

There is no such thing as a “good conservative”. Conservatism is a plague of oppression and death that is long overdue for a cure.

I do not believe there is a peaceful solution to this disease. As long as conservatives continue to exist on earth, LGBTQ+ people and other oppressed classes will continue to be persecuted.

They want him to “go back where he came from”, because that’s what phobes want. The words are just the excuse to make that happen…
