Not a single one either trying to crawl into her mouth or laying on her chest with butt right in the her face?

    Maybe it’s just my cats…

Okay, so assuming this isn’t generated, what causes stuff like this?

My question was what else causes artifacts like that, precisely so I don’t misidentify AI.

If you don’t see anything odd about the snippets: Look at how her collar narrows into a strange spike; look at how the cat’s neck basically does the same.

The human collar is collar shaped. The cats are also wearing collars, it makes the fur stick up.

A few weeks ago, Clay had to have knee replacement surgery, and has been at home resting and recovering ever since. She can’t move around a lot, so she’s been spending a lot of time cuddled up in bed — and all five cats immediately noticed that something was off with Mom.

Normally, the cats won’t all cuddle with their mom at the same time … but when they realized she was sick, they knew she needed some extra love and figured out exactly what to do.

Can confirm. Following open heart surgery, it was a competition to see if Rocket or Keanu could get closer to me.

Awwww. My wife says the same thing – our cats always know when she’s feeling off, and want to sit on her tummy :). She swears it helps her feel better too.

You’ve probably heard it already but i love this fact: cat purrs can help heal muscle tears and reduce pain.

They really wanted to sit on my chest and had zero concept of surgery incisions. 😞

It’s going to be tough here in a couple of weeks when I go in for cancer surgery.

Yeeks. Well, I hope it all works out for you. Can’t imagine having to deal with that. Sending good vibes!

      all five cats

Is one of those a dog? Left hand?

I think the one by the left hand might be a dog. Cause otherwise yeah.

      and all five cats.
      I count 6 cats?

      Is that the AI hyphen?

The creature by the left hand is not a cat, we figured.

I have no idea if their text is AI-generated. Emdashes are used by real humans who write, too.

I had actually never heard of emdashes until the whole AI thing and I just used hyphens instead. Now I’m embarrassed by my earlier ignorance and use emdashes – and people think I’m an AI. I do put spaces on each side of them which I think is incorrect, at least.

Why is there no mention of the mysterious 6th creature who is being held by the human in the article?

“All cats and the AI generated rabbit—dog hybrid cuddled up with mom after she has surgery”?

My theory is that it’s a dog that’s always by her side, so it wasn’t as newsworthy as 5 cats who are usually off by themselves.

That’s messed up. So screw the loyal dog-rabbit, but praise the cats for a one off event?

They definitely can tell when we don’t feel well, and they take such good care of us.
