Just curious:
When a new/newer flag is designed, like the nonbinary or trans-flag, are classical heraldic rules taken into account? So that the colours and the order in which they are presented means something.
This is how you fly the trans flag to indicate we are currently in distress or immediate danger (it’s upside-down)
