In general, “The ovary is an organ in the female reproductive system that produces an ovum.” But the relative bit, “It is also an endocrine gland because of the various hormones that it secretes.”
I wouldn’t go that far. You don’t have to inject testosterone to be a REAL™ man. But it is probably safe to assume a subset of REAL™ men do.
I would be tempted to tell her my adverb is fabulously.
“I fabulously eat. I fabulously think. And I’m going to fabulously walk away from this conversation now.”
Hopefully nothing.
Some tucking techniques use tape to keep things in place.
Nope. But it might get old the nth time or if you didn’t do something you think shouldn’t of outed you.
It’s kind of the paradox of being stealth. If you are successful no one notices. So you don’t get feedback that you are successful.
No but there’s a couple subtlies here. If you are calling someone brave, the context is important. It can come off as condescending. Also coming out isn’t an all or nothing thing, see here.
Also in this comic they aren’t saying they are brave for coming out. They are saying they are brave for being cis. The underlying assumption there being that being cis or trans is a choice that one can be brave for.
I love this one too. I do wonder how my past-selves would react to me. There was definitely some internalized transphobia I had to deconstruct in my realization. I’m not sure how I would of reacted if I was forced to confront my trans-ness before I was ready.
This might be my favorite version of this trope. The knowing look from the future-self. The nervous confusion from the past-self.
Most people I’ve seen using it as their personal pronoun would probably laugh if they were presented with an option for It with Cousin Itt representing it.
I would probably add an option for “thing” with a disembodied hand as well.
