        Basically just gristly pork. I doubt I’d ever order it again but if it was put in front of me I wouldn’t have a problem eating it.

    There aren’t any capybaras where we live. However, if they wanted to throw a parade, a parade they’ll have! By golly, all the local folk would decorate & maybe even host a potluck for the event. It’s a small town with big heart & a fair amount of natural beauty. The town motto is “All are welcome. Even Capybaras.”
