On The Line, a host loves using the analogy that 1% of the population is remarkably close the entire Russian population. So it’s like saying we have men, women and russians, but those don’t count, because they are an anomaly.

I took a Russian history course in high school. They are an anomaly. If I had a nickel for everytime a random person showed up and took over by pretending to be some royal that had previously disappeared, I’d have a handful of nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it was so common in one particular country.

Astronomers and chemistry… (sigh). Helium is asexual by the way. It doesn’t bond with anyone else. And hydrogen is 99% homo, unless… let’s just not talk about that.

Helium is asexual except for Fluorine, because that is one hella hot element.

Doesn’t count. Flourine is the serial rapist in the periodical system.

Astronomers have it simpler, only two genders non metallic, like hydrogen and helium, and metallic… basically everything beyond helium.
