There was a little cat that used to accompany me on my walk home from work most nights. I would walk through this pretty quiet neighborhood, and the cat if he was outside would run up and walk along with me. Like “Oh shit, we buddies, let’s go on patrol together.” Eventually, it would be too far and he would take his leave. Then, same thing next night.

    Wonderful stuff, man.

You know, I never considered myself to be a cat person before…or any kind of animal person, really.

But I got a cat last month. I love him. He is my buddy. I am now a cat person lol.

Indeed, they’re so often misunderstood. They are loving, loyal, playful, and extremely affectionate. Cats are wonderful friends. They get a bad rap because persons often don’t know how to interact with them.

        > abuse cats
        > they do everything in their might to tell you to fuck off because you’re making their lives miserable
        > “man i hate cats, they’re so unpleasant”

I always stop and offer pets and scratches for cats. It’s the correct thing to do.
