Is a generic “yes” permitted?

3·25 days agoI would like to know the function of the grey circle in the bottom left. Initially I thought it was a button but now I’m thinking it’s a microphone.
You know it.
My wife used to call him “Pook” or “Pork Chop” alongside his actual name.
He responded to any of them.
I’m out of ideas. It was just my cute expired dog.

Geez, I thought I had family problems. (I initially started this statement with “man” instead of “geez” but realized how ridiculous that would be.)
I’m sorry you and your wife have to go through that, but congratulations on identifying the real you, even if you don’t share her (I’m guessing, genuinely sorry if misgendering) with the world yet.
As a kid, I learned the word “verdant” by reading a Spider-Man novel in which Peter realized an organization was nefarious by recognizing the root “verde” in the name.
I think that, in the story, the organization was trying to reproduce The Hulk. Hence, green.
That was my theory as well.
It is usually safe to assume that I was.
Is this the origin of “oh no, Mr Bill”? My mom used to say that all the time but only barely explained its beginnings and I guess I never looked it up.
