What fucking asshole says to themself, “I need to censor this. Not well, but just a little.”

    Can we please stop?

It’s so awful. Right up there with using euphemisms like “unalive”. I can understand if that’s a trigger for people but if you write “unalive” they’re going to think of “kill” or “committed suicide” or whatever so it just seems pointless. I just want people to use their words. Maybe I’m just too old for this shit. 🤷‍♀️

Unalive was mostly at first a way to circumvent tiktok moderation and shadowbans, not prevent triggers

And assholes capitulated. Imagine if nobody had complied with TikTok’s idiotic rule? You think they’d keep standing up for that restriction?

Are they like reverse zombies? What do these people think undead means?

Actually unalive kind of makes more sense than undead. But depending on the story, sometimes you have to be fully dead first, so there’s a progression. Or maybe something like “non binary state of animation”? Don’t misanimate my living status, shitlord.

The ones who don’t want it downranked on ad based social media. I hate this fucking trend too

        ad based social media

Contrary to popular opinion, social media wasn’t inherently a mistake.

Ad based social media, though? That’s THE main reason why we can’t have nice things such as uncensored free speech or rational government.
