Hey folks! I have a need for a very particular type of meme. I work at a large company that has their own social media, kinda like Facebook with the pro/con of no blocking, where a bunch of religious boomers post stuff with the caveat that the content can’t be political. I had an incident on this social media a while back where just stating I was an anarchist got me a talking to by my manager. So now I want to stir the pot and confront these boomers with the existence of trans people. I need work-friendly, politically-agnostic, trans-positive, boomer-style memes to achieve this goal. The more memes I get, the more daily posts I can make. I want these people to mald, and maybe get them the talking to from their manager that they deserve.
I don’t have any memes to contribute but i’d like to Know how this goes
This one is just about dysphoria, something trans people experience regardless of the political climate
This one is just puns on the prefix trans-
This one just has a character wearing a trans flag sweater.
That all said, it’s probably impossible to post anything featuring a trans person without it being “political.” These also aren’t boomer memes for the most part, but I probably don’t have any of those in the first place. However, these should meet the bill of being mostly non offensive unless trans topics themselves are inherently not allowed.

It was really hard. Too many were horny, but almost ever single one was something boomers wouldn’t be able to comprehend in any way.

these are in conflict with one another … trans-positive requires even mentioning trans topics, which will inherently not be viewed as “politically-agnostic” - transness has been politicized (much like women have been), so that pro-trans messages will be viewed as a political message, or as “being political”
I would look through pizzacakecomics and see if any of her trans related comics are “politically-agnostic” enough for your purposes. In general her works are SFW and friendly for general audiences.
You could also post memes like this that are thinly veiled metaphors (checking all the boxes, basically):
but you can reasonably anticipate this will instigate political discussion and you will be perceived as an instigator (so it depends on your goals, really)
By politically agnostic and trans positive, I mean that it just treats trans identities as a fact of life. Work friendly and boomer style are needed to fit posting expectations.

I guess what I wonder is how are you going to have a meme that takes trans identity as a fact of life without making some reference to trans people (which will be perceived as political)?
I guess you could try to find examples of memes in which trans women are silently accepted as women, but tbh cis people are so clueless about who is or isn’t trans that those memes may or may not incite any awareness or discussion of trans people.
Like, if you posted a pic of Buck Angel referring to him as a dude, probably your colleagues would just assume he’s a cis man - they’re not likely to recognize him, or know that he’s trans. Even Euphoria starlet Hunter Schafer being referred to as a woman in a meme probably wouldn’t “rustle the jimmies”, and she’s literally famous for being a trans actress playing a trans character.
I think the meme I shared above is pretty perfect for your purposes - it is seemingly innocuous and doesn’t directly mention anything political, and your manager will be forced to have to spell out what is wrong with it, etc.
The problem with the meme is that there are un-cropped versions of the meme that say “transphobia” underneath it. So if your manager is smart they could point to the uncropped meme and say you knew you were instigating political discussion, etc. (which is also true, and which they will already be on the look-out for since they’ve already given you a talking-to).
