No way man. Having dry skin in the cold is way easier to tolerate than damp skin. When I come out of the gym covered in sweat and it’s -20 outside it’s 10 times worse than when I go in.

if it’s migraines, they also make heated or cooled eye covers that can apply tension. I used to use one and would even sometimes use it on my nape for tension headaches. it’s like a hot cloth that never gets cold.
