The turtle is very skittish and hides in his cave. The funny thing is he comes out and let’s the pleco clean his shell, they are buddies and I feel bad splitting up, but the pleco has sized out of this tank. He can fully turn around and everything, but it’s on my list in the new year.

Both of them so cute! I had a sucker fish for its entire life, they’re so incredibly sweet and gentle, just little-big guys that like to eat :)
Now a days my cat likes to watch my turtle in a similar way (she’s pretty big now, almost 9 years old and about 10 inches) and I’m constantly telling her “the turtle will eat you, not the other way around” but she doesn’t listen haha
