“Burnt mouth” cracked me up 😂 I always just called it burnt skin but never talked to anyone about it, so it was enecpected to see it be called something else

Molten cheese burning the top of your mouth. Then you have that tiny flap of burnt mouth top hanging down for the rest of the evening.
