Looks more like steamed shrimps, or boiled ones.
Now why would you do such a thing??
Because that’s how a sizeable part of the world cook shrimps, why ?
Man, steamed shrimp dumplings taste fire, so I could see just steaming shrimp and throwing soy sauce or siracha on it or smth.
