    That one seems pretty standard. Either you take it down at sunset and put it up at sunrise, or you leave it up 24/7, and you need to have it lit up.

    The weirder one for me is that you have to burn the flag if it touches the ground

        Naw it does always have to be within light. It comes from the revolutionary war “and our flag was still there”; in that our nation shall never see darkness. Sadly, unrelated to flag standards, that very much has not been the case.
