Mine were immediately best friends, but they wrestle with each other all the time. They cuddle, groom, explore, and squabble all day with each other

Tbf the oldest one I found in a box, in the rain, with one of her paws badly injured. In addition to the injury she also had sporotricosis, a horrible cat skin disease) but it was neutered and had a collar. She is very afraid of everything, people, sounds, rain… May be she is too trumatized to be friendly. But she is a love bug and it’s the queen for most of her life

I was definitely lucky to have a perfect storm where they were just kittens ~ a month apart in age, and i had only had the older one for 2 weeks when i saved the second. Mine are also abnormally social and friendly cats. I’m just saying that even cats that are best friends will still wrestle and rough house with each other, and sometimes even fight, same as kids will fight with their siblings.

Our cats also ignore each other, but they also have this game where they chase each other around the house. They seem to enjoy it.

We have a sibling pair that doesn’t get along completely for some reason, but our third stray oddball is the glue that holds this house together. He cuddles, plays with, and bites both in the ‘ass’ when they’re not looking. He has something to give to everyone. It’s adorable.
