I’m debating if i want to stick aome planters there and grow a littlw herb garden, or put a window catio there. You can’t see it, but there is a gas range right next to the window and no exhaust fan, so that window will have to stay open whenever i use the oven anyway

She looks just like her momma. In fact, the entire litter looked the exact same! The only way i could differentiate her from the other two that were left was her personality. She’s so sweet and outgoing! The others scampered out of my arms when i tried to hold them, but she let me hold her for a bit before climbing onto my shoulder.

Definitely me under the blanket lol. Both kitties are super affectionate, but she’s definitely more snuggly than Boudica. I got Nini from a friend of a friend when her barn cat had a litter. She was socialized with grade schoolers from birth so she loves snuggling and climbing on people. The past couple nights she has hunkered down on my chest while i read. She just purrs and squeaks without a care in the world.

It’s actually an alternative name for the Lady Of the Lake from King Arthur. It’s an alternate spelling to Viviane.

People always rave about the tortie when i show pictures of them both, but i absolutely love Nini’s black mackeral stripes. They just make her look so distinguished and majestic, especially since very few of her stripes are broken up

Nini has always been a shoulder cat since the first time i held her. Nothing prepared me for her trying to climb on my head though!

Mine will spring oit of the litter box and tackle the other cat. It’s really something to behold

I used to live in Ft. Wayne Indiana, and the local university mascot was the mastodons, and there were loads of mastodon sculptures around town due to all the mastodon fossils foind in the area.

Nini also got spayed today. She was just very unhappy and a bit traumatized by the experience. It took 15 minutes just to get Nini out of the pet carrier when we got home.

It was alright. A bit tart, but i didn’t mind it. A decent seasonal beer if you don’t loke Christmas ales

Boudica has come a long way in just a couple weeks. She’s nearly 3lbs and holds her own against Nini when they wrestle.They’ve become best friends so soon. They really were so well behaved at the vet, Boudica was even purring when she got her shot. Next round of shots is scheduled for next month, and theey are getting spayed a week before Christmas.

Normally the tabby prefers the window sill behind it, or right on the counter next to it. I rarely see either cat in the bed.
