I believe some of the blame should go to Israel for the years of systematically oppressing and chipping away the rights of the Palestinians. It takes 2 to tango. The people of Palestine were forced to resort to extremist tactics because if they stayed with deplomacy Israel would have slowly killed them anyway.

Your argument is that because Hamas has raped people, Israel has the right to exterminate all of Palestine. My argument is that had Israel not taken land and oppressed the Palestinians they would never have had the need to support an extremest group.
