somehow this isn’t blurred as nsfw in my Lemmy client, Thunder.
don’t use the matrix.org homeserver please, it’s not very free.
sounds like you have two conflicting needs and you’ll probably have to compromise somewhere in between if you want to try to satisfy both needs. Maybe tucking will be the compromise? If yes, there’s some panties available to help.
maybe a different country with a completely different medical bureaucracy would be better for you?
can someone repost and/or summarize the article here in the comments section?
Medical transition sounds very daunting for me, I’m avoiding that step. Why? genetic complications : my grandmother died in response to an estrogen-based menopause treatment, but she was negative for the one genotype that is known to cause this reaction. So I have a 25% chance of inheriting a genotype that is not known, but i know it has caused a relative to die of cancer, in response to estrogen. So I need to consult a doctor that specializes in hereditary (breast) cancer, but also consult with an endocrinologist who knows about estrogen-related cancers… that’s a lot of work and if I skip it I have a 25% chance of dying within a few years of starting treatment.
I do like HPMOR but it’s a fanfic and enjoying that fiction simply does not financially benefit anyone in a monetary relationship with JK Rowling.
my family has gendered last names so I’m using my sister’s last name instead of my legal last name. They’re similar but have different endings.
The Queen died, and I liked her sense of formal fashion, so I decided to take her name. There’s plenty of people named after the Queen.
I tried epilation and it hurt too much, does anyone have experience with or recommend ipl or laser devices or services?
I’ll say they’re fem-presenting and sexy. Black hair color and no shadow on the chin, so low levels of T (or maybe they have naturally blond hair and dyed it black?? which would hide any beard…)
I avoid FFS not because I can’t afford, but because I don’t think the pain and stress of getting a surgery there is worth the change in appearance. My planned alternative is kigurumi.
This is extra difficult with languages where first person conjugated verbs are gendered. E.g. past tense in Russian.
I post a few pics of myself online and people respond saying I’m cute and very cute.
