The new one I’ve seen is that it was created by liberals to sow confusion and make Trump look bad. They just say it’s a lie.

She was very niche, then she was the opener on Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts tour starting in February (they have the same Producer). If you look her up on Google Trends, that’s when interest really took off and she started being seen everywhere, as well as continuing her own tour (she had been touring in the fall beforehand).

Her full album was out nearly six months before the Guts tour, her old label dropped her after the Pink Pony Club single. I think she just got in a good position, and has a great, fun sound that people like.

To transition and then change one’s mind about it was an unspeakable, disgusting fate, almost no matter whom you asked. That didn’t exactly make gender exploration any easier. I contemplated transition for years but didn’t move forward, because I so deeply feared getting it wrong. And then once I started, I was terrified of how it might look for me to turn back.

That is not wanting people outraged, that is being afraid of outrage. They didn’t even say the outrage was specifically a trans issue, because it also came from TERFs or whoever. And I don’t think they mentioned it, but it plays right into right wing narratives even if fully detransitioning isn’t what they wanted either.

Current federal law requires states to recognize all marriages, including same-sex marriages, from other states but does not require them to issue licenses within their state. The previous Supreme Court had determined the constitution required states to do so, but that could be overturned. They could also decide the federal law is unconstitutional, but that is less likely.

It has actually been a cause of runway incursions by US-trained aircrew in the past.

Taxi to holding position is standard ICAO phraseology, they should have been off the runway at C5. Line up and wait would have them on the runway.

US uses different phraseology.

They also insisted for years that a baby formula factory was a chemical weapons plant.

Knew it pretty much had to be this or the controller forgetting they had cleared a jet onto the runway (Los Angeles runway disaster). Less likely the incoming jet landing on the wrong one.

Controller error would maybe be easier to determine a full root cause, very sad for everyone on the coast guard aircraft though.
