Yea that may contribute, I started with 3 so I never noticed a difference between 3, NV, and 4. Do you play on PC? If you do, I bet there’s an auto save mod. I use Nexus mods Vortex mod loader. I’m currently addicted to Starfield so I know how hard it is to jump out of the current binge. Have fun regardless, that’s the important part!
Yes, I play on PC. I also already tried modding NV. Though I barely got it to work. Nexus works fine, for a lot of games, but with the Bethesda games I always struggle to get it running. I tried modding fallout 4 and skyrim and there always seemed to be something going awry.
Maybe I am just too used to modding like Minecraft or the Steam Workshop…
Yea I’m not great at it, that’s why I use vortex. It tells me if I’m missing mods or if mods clash. Bethesda is definitely a buggy company in general. Really wish they weren’t
