    No, if my wife touches my hair I have to fix it. It feels wrong otherwise.

    This is actually the cat being interested and curious as to who touched them, not a sign of rejection. If a cat doesn’t want to get touched, you won’t touch it.

    Hey it could be worse - if you touch me I get the shivers of disgust, very visibly. I still feel kinda sorry for that random person who accidentally slightly brushed my arm when they sat next to me in the train years ago
