    Low temperatures will cause the estradiol to crystallize and precipitate out of solution. If this happens, warm it back up to room temperature, and reintegrate it by agitating the solution (by shaking, for instance). Higher concentrations of estradiol tend to be harder to reabsorb into solution, so if you’ve got 40mg/mL vials like me, it may be somewhat difficult. I’m unsure if a small amount of heat would be okay, but I definitely wouldn’t recommend heating it significantly (not beyond body temperature).
