Show ContentViking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.comOP6·3 months agoYeah I am lol. I’ve found that it’s an excellent aid to losing weight without being hungry all the time while also being hella tasty 😁 So far I’ve lost roughly 50kg and I plan for losing about 25 more by next summer or fall
