I’m like three months in personally and I’m growing tits but they’re still extremely small. I always had big fat pecs though so I think I started with an advantage
I too have big fat pecs (and a large gut. I could stand to lose… 60 ish pounds.) Hoping my handful now will translate to some nice size when i can go on HRT 😁
