So while they 100% have four legs, their forelegs actually are anatomically very different from their backpaws and are anatomically similar to our arms/hands! For example, kitties only have 4 toes on the back legs and 5 on the front, the fifth used for grasping things better and have more bones in their hands than their feet!
I love that people just accept legs as arms based on the application.

Yeah, I was surprised at how dextrous their front paws were having grown up with only dogs. Definitely little hands.
