After (proudly) voting for Dems over donald trump in the last 3 elections, I may be actually done voting for them if Dems go full anti-trans. Assuming we make it to 2028 and there are still elections, I feel like I’ll have nothing to lose. If Dems are becoming a right leaning party and MAGA is already a far right cult, why waste my time supporting Dems? I want a LEFT party. And once the threat of donald trump is gone and all the damage he caused is done, there’s even less of a reason to vote for a rightward leaning Dem party.
