Cool beans. I enjoyed The Adventure Zone’s Blades in the Dark campaign, seems like a neat system.
I think cats adapt their communication over time too. My 17 year old has started whining and crying whenever he senses that I’m going to make him get off of my lap, which is something he never did when he was younger. Makes a real show of getting mad. He seems to get over it real fast if I offer him catnip as compensation, though…
My cat goes nuts for spider plant leaves. He must eat them every time he sees them.
I have never once not seen him throw up after eating them. But he must always eat them.
Just hope mama isn’t around

Oh good, I was thinking of that exact thing, but I couldn’t remember the name of the movie. I remember it being surprisingly funny.
