However, if you read every word, specifically, absentminded, it doesn’t sound like the person that wrote this is trans or was taking estrogen with the intent of transitioning; I’m speculating and making inferences. (How the fuck someone absentmindedly takes a drug lends itself to the theory that the original author didn’t have a doctor’s prescription for it, but again, I am speculating.)

But yeah, there is nothing stopping someone that identifies as male from using estrogen. The author could have been taking something like spironolactone, which is an anti-androgen drug used to treat acne, which has a minor estrogen effect.

You don’t have to be female or identify as female to be taking estrogen/estrogen like medications.

Sis, liking something, or not liking something doesn’t have anything to do with your gender or gender perception. If you decide you’re not feeling painting your nails that’s how you roll. If someone tells you that you aren’t fem enough because your nails aren’t done, I hope you turn around and tell them that they can have an opinion about your nails when they are paying for the polish.

I’m not trans, but I am a cis-woman/lesbian. When I was a teenager I was always told I wansn’t gay enough because I wasn’t listening to Melissa Ethridge, or dressing a certain way. Those same people weren’t buying my music or my clothes, and their opinions mean even less to me as an adult.

We grow over time. Our likes and interests can change, and that is just life. (Although I get for you that the nail painting thing was a way you felt connected to your gender, but as you have grown, you have likely found lots of additional things that make you feel connected to your gender.)

If you are a woman, you are a woman, cis/trans doesn’t matter. You should be a woman in the ways that make you happy. If that means no nail polish, then you are a woman that’s not interested in nail polish. You’re as much a woman in a dress and heels as you are in slacks and flats. Live your truth, and tell the haters that they can have an opinion when they are in a position to finance your life.

Today I learned about sub orders! Feliformia (cat-like carnivores) and Caniformia (dog-like carnivores) are distinguished by several anatomical features, primarily related to skull and dental structure, as well as locomotion. Feliforms typically have shorter snouts, fewer teeth, and more specialized carnassials (teeth used for shearing meat). They also possess a double-chambered auditory bulla (a bony enclosure around the middle ear). Caniforms, on the other hand, tend to have longer snouts, more teeth (often with less specialized carnassials), and less specialized claws (often non-retractile). They are also more likely to be omnivorous. However in this instance ferrets are obligate carnivores the way cats are.

That girl there, Daisy, she was a bedtime cuddler. She would climb into bed with me, tunnel under the covers, and sleep next to my feet and legs every night. She was also a light sleeper, and the moment she heard my key in the door after work, she would run to the door and be waiting there for me. Her brother, George, was a day cuddler. He would let you pick him up, snuggle him, and then he would just give you so many kisses. He liked to climb into the hood of my hoodie and just fall asleep in it while I went about my day.
