It’s hard to get a good picture imo. Russia is from what I understand top heavy so has more. Wiki says 1000 in 2008. Granted I don’t think all of them are active and there’s sectors like logistics that have generals, as well as different types of general although the wiki list only mentions the two highest types.

I would love to see an article that goes in depth on what this means for their army.

There hasn’t really been many instance of art getting destroyed. This is legitimate imo, it gets in the news and no real damage is done. Personally, I think it’s not far enough.

If oil companies get their way, whole countries are going to be destroyed, not just paintings.

It’s also plain to see that any form of protest against oil companies is quickly villainized by the media. There’s an agenda at play when you can’t march, stand in traffic or just throw soup at glass.

Consensual means related to consensus. It sounds funny because of the sensual bit but is completely valid.

I don’t think alcohol is worse than heroin by any means, although the harm that alcohol does is definitely underestimated.

I’d also like to say that I don’t necessarily think the use should be criminalized. Putting addicts in jail solves nothing and the justice system should be concentrating on the ones that sell it. Making it legal will just make more addicts, and won’t help the ones that currently are.

It’s also harder to stop abusing something if it’s sold in every city legally. Dealers go to jail and their numbers can be deleted.

Decriminalization but making the sale highly illegal while offering free rehab to the ones that need it is the way forward imo.

I’ve had friends that were cocaine addicts and some that really hit the bottom. This seems insane to me, this isn’t a fun and easy drug like weed imo. I’ve always lumped coke with meth and heroin.
