Doesn’t say anything about not needing to roll stealth checks, or the transmuted armour not causing disadvantage on those checks.
That’s a silly argument.
What is DnD other than an engine to start silly arguments?
If they are inside a bottle, inside the bag of a party member, they are not taking any action and have total cover and it wouldn’t make sense to roll stealth.
