I assume US citizens have it even worse with this. Here in Germany, your insurance will likely pay for most medical expenses that’d be required for a child with these problems, ie. SLT, ergotherapy, maybe osteopathy etc, but you’re kinda fudged if they don’t.

Have you noticed any problems that came with your first-born using their pacifier for a longer period of time or did everything go ok there?

Reminder to not let your kids suck their thumbs or use pacifiers for too long - else you risk your child developing problems with their teeth, posture, swallowing and many others. Not even touching upon “improper” articulation of language sounds

So I don’t really know much about DnD and was wondering what exactly would be happening moving forward here? Does the Paladin receive some sort of debuff and then has to fight the creature alone? I don’t really have any ideas
