I apologise for including the videos of the kitten that passed away and the one that was fading but I just wanted to show the severity of what happens and why trap and release is important. I also included a video of me with three cats that I rescued as well that are mine now, cause I have 14 freaking cats.

TNR is tough work. Glad you’re helping out. I’ve had 21 cats from my area TNR’d and have more still to do but every bit helps. Where I’m at, I’m given a huge discount thanks to grants just due to the number of cats I’ve brought in but it’s still a lot. They actually just lowered it again for me. Good luck with everything and I hope some kind people can donate.

Thank you! I looked for some grants from my understanding the Greek government distribute funds to each island or area and the local municipality is supposed to disperse it but in Corfu they’re not doing anything. I have a friend that’s been doing fostering and rehoming along with tnr and she gets rescuer rates for spay and neuters which have delegated to me now as well after helping her with bottle feeders she’s found ( a lot that I’ve kept as my own pets) and a few she’s found homes for. The rates are 35€ for nurturing and 60€ for spays. The vets really are lovely here in comparison to Toronto, I feel like it’s financial extortion in Canada to get care for your pet.
